Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still meet our return eligibility requirements listed above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.
